Please call the Sentencing Services office for the referral form.
- Referrals are made by the attorney representing the defendant. The defendant can ask his/her attorney if his case is appropriate.
- Judges can additionally refer cases above and below the intermediate sanction level with regard to structured
sentencing as well as cases
within the Intermediate range. Those already supervised by Community Corrections may be referred if found to be appropriate.
